Event Description

After 30 years in the industry and gathering decades of market feedback, we believe it is time for the Lean Startup movement to pivot. Where Lean Startup falls short, Lean Planning emerges as the most effective strategy to start, run, and grow a business or enterprise.

At the beginning of the year, we presented our methods to a standing room only audience of professors at the annual USASBE conference, and then again in an academic focused webinar last month, so now we’re making this same live presentation available this month to consultants.

Join us on March 21st from 11:00am - 12:00pm PST for “Incorporating Lean Business Planning into your work with clients” Click here to register
*If this date doesn't work for you, no worries! As long as you register we will share a recording with you.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand Lean Planning and how it blends Lean Startup and Traditional Planning
  • Learn why clients need a solid budget and forecast for both long term planning and for an agile plan-as-you-go lean strategy
  • Develop your own approach to bring business planning to your clients as a living plan

I'm looking forward to sharing our Lean Planning methods during the webinar.

Best,

Josh Fegles
